Massage Therapy
Massage increases circulation; relieves muscle spasms; and prevents muscle tears, sprains, and strains. If done on a regular basis, massage can increase flexibility; ease tension; help people cope with stress effectively; and can be effective in preventing illness and reoccurring physical ailments.

TWC Private Swimming Lessons
Private lessons offer one-on-one instruction for all abilities and all ages older than 3 years. They are taught by TWC Lifeguard staff, who possess an American Red Cross Lifeguard certification. Lessons are 30 minutes in length, and take place in our indoor swimming pool.

Silver Sneakers I-Muscular
Strength and Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, balls are offered for resistance, chairs are used for seated and/or standing support.
Classes are Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10:30am-11:15am.
